Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Return Instructions
To start a return, please contact us at info@vitalproject.co within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Made-to-Order Items
Our Neon Vital Hoodies are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.
